each month, i write a newsletter geared toward blueboard’s community of hr and sales professionals.

it’s one of my favorite projects, a space where i can acknowledge the audiences we serve at blueboard, offer tips, tricks, and insights based on what we’re learning from our clients and, perhaps most importantly, connect with our audience in a deeply authentic way. this newsletter has an average read rate of 42%—2X higher than the industry average.
